Sourcing quality meat starts first and foremost with selecting the right farm partners
Our purveyors come from all over the country and globe. We taste and deliberate over hundreds of suppliers before carefully selecting only those with the best tasting products. We work with purveyors that have philosophies that match ours, like Napa Valley’s Five Dot Ranch, which offers natural premium beef, free of antibiotics and hormones.
Other farm partners include Old World Rabbitry, Devil's Gultch Ranch, Stemple Creek Ranch, Five Dot Ranch, Peads and Barnett's, Hudson Valley Farms and Jidori Chicken to name a few. Offerings from our diverse selection of purveyors include heritage breeds of pork such as Berkshire, Red Wattle, Duroc and Yorkshire in addition to a unique offer of poultry including Poussin, Pheasant, Guinea Hen and Moulard Ducks.
